CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

1. What kind of personal data is processed?

Depending on which of the website’s services are being used, your choices and the configuration of your device (particularly with regard to cookies and other tracers), the personal data collected and processed mainly involves: your surname, first name, civil status, email address, postal address, telephone number and logins (hereafter referred to as the “Data”).

3. Why do we collect your personal data?

Your Data is collected in order to:

Send you information about our offers, news and events (newsletters, alerts, etc.), particularly via social media campaigns;

Data required by Biocosmethic to fulfil the activities described above.

4. Who do we send your personal data to?

Your data is processed by Biocosmethic. It shall not be passed on or provided to any third parties with the exception of potential Biocosmethic subcontractors for exclusively technical and logistical reasons (website hosting and maintenance service providers or database management service providers) and subject to reorganisation of our company, including total or partial transfer of its shares, merger, merger by acquisition, demerger or, more generally, any reorganisation operation.

5. What are your rights?

6. How long do we keep your personal data for?
Biocosmethic will hold data relating to your subscription to our newsletters / mailing list for a duration which does not exceed the applicable legal statutory limitation periods, i.e. 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship or inactivity of your user account.

Data used to send information about Biocosmethic’s offers, news and events shall be held for 3 years from its collection or your last contact with Biocosmethic. At the end of that period, Biocosmethic may contact you again to find out whether you would like to continue receiving information about our offers, news and events. Further, your Data shall be destroyed as soon as possible after your request to terminate your subscription.

Finally and subject to your agreement, within the framework of cookies and other tracers used on our website the login data collected shall be held in accordance with the applicable regulations for a period not exceeding thirteen (13) months. For more details, we use cookies to analyse statistical data.
